Johann Wolfgang von Goethe is of course a very special class of traveller to Italy! We too have found a key here in Sicily: the key to our dreams and it is for our holiday complex Casette di Calzata, set in the middle of an olive grove, here in Campofelice di Roccella. Small, lovely, cosy and lovingly furnished.
We fell in love with this spacious holiday complex because it is so breathtakingly beautiful with a wonderful view of the sea, where you can recharge and rejuvenate.
Pleasure, effortlessness and beauty, nature and a loving home – just like a home-from-home! And that is especially true for children and your dog. Enjoy the best time of the year with us. Our complex – your holiday home
Sicily – that means that most of the year life takes place outdoors. At least from May to October that is, where a pleasant average temperature of 26° C allows you to move your activities outdoors during your holiday in the holiday home: relax, rest, prepare food, feast, read, enjoy the beach, bathe in the pool, play games… Our family-friendly and pet-friendly complex comprises 10 houses or apartments with a sea view.
Perfect transport connections – the airport (Palermo) is just around 80km away and Catania airport is 160km away. Campofelice di Roccella can be reached in 5 minutes, Cefalù in 15 minutes. Only 5 minutes are required to get to the nearest beach and if you’re looking to enjoy Italian cuisine, you are surrounded by excellent restaurants. And by the way, sustainably produced olive oil is still lovingly produced on our property.
Studio
Our studios offer space for three people and are therefore ideally suited for a “small” family holiday. Feel at home in the cosy, country-style rooms. We have attached great importance to high-quality details, whereby the interior still leaves plenty of space for our guests.
bilocale
In Italian, a “bilocale” describes the place where the small extended family spends their holiday! In addition to the bedroom, there is also a bedroom-living room with a fold-out couch. If you wish, you can add an extra bed to the four existing beds and five people will easily feel at home here. The furnishings are typical of the region in a country style and, with their orientation towards warm earthy colours, radiate comfort and homeliness.
